It is very important that you pack your pole sections properly.
Do not use plastic rod tubes they will not survive the journey!
Always use a cardboard tube. Most tackle shops will be happy to provide one free of charge. Carpet shops and garment manufactures are also a good source of card tubes.
Wrap your section well in bubble wrap before placing it in the tube. You can use newspaper if you cannot get hold of bubble wrap.
IMPORTANT
Do not forget to enclose a short note with your name, the return address and a contact phone number. We need to know the make and model of the pole, (we use different techniques with different poles.) and please describe the damage plus identify the damage with white marker. It’s amazing how many sections we receive with no return address and we have to wait for you to contact us in order to deliver them. This delays the return of your section.
